Chewed is a delightful collection of photographs by the co-authors of Sock Monkey and Sock Monkeys. Svenson and Warren create stunning portraits from gathered well worn (or well loved) dog chew-toys and plushies. Each eyeless, headless, or otherwise mutilated plaything is charmingly brought to life through the photographs. Contributions from William Wegman, Augusten Burroughs, Todd Oldham, and other notable pet owners, add humorous backstories to select objects. Highly recommended for whimsical art lovers, and those with an offbeat sense of humor.
